The Adelaida AVA in west Paso Robles is known for producing some of the finest Rhone varietals in the world. Our Rhone blend is comprised of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache. This polished ruby red wine greets your palate with luscious black cherry notes and transforms into a mouth watering tart cherry finish. The light tannins and medium acid of this wine make it a perfect paring for pork tenderloin, roasted duck or a chocolate souffle.
